Scandalous Video of Kim Chiu Now Rounds on Social Media!

Last October 27, 2015, on a satellite registration of COMELEC for the up coming 2016 presidential elections, a video came up and it is about a celebrity that was given a VIP treatment from the COMELEC officials. Well guess who's celebrity is it and it is the former teen chinita princess "Kim Chiu".A concerned citizen took a video where in Kim Chiu is already done without any effort of falling in line together with our fellow Filipino voters.

Well , this video is not about Kim Chiu's not following process but it is about our COMELEC officials failing to do their duties at their finest. It is the official's choice whether they would allow that to happen or not. It was just unfortunate for the celebrity to be prioritized by her fans from COMELEC. Of course, please be honest , who would turn it down when someone else offers you to finish registration without waiting in the queue. It was just a matter of choice from both parties as Kim Chiu can just ignore the offer of the officials for her to go first and for the officials to follow SOP.

This video just reminds us that sometimes we should still follow the rules and procedures whoever we are serving so we can provide an equal and fair service for all . Anyway what would be the purpose of rules and procedure if we are not following it in the first place. Please vote wisely!
