This Dog Chew All His Things... What He Did Next Put Netizens in Big Rage!

Animal cruelty can be either deliberate abuse or simply the failure to take care of an animal. Both way and whether the animal is a pet, a farm animal or wildlife, the victim can suffer terribly. Deliberate cruelty may involve beating, shooting or stabbing animals, or setting them on fire. Neglect is not giving an animal necessary food, water, shelter or vet care. Because their misery is often prolonged, animals who die of neglect can suffer just as much as animals that are deliberately harmed.

A Facebook user named Jc Sy from Cebu uploaded photos of his dog with its mouth bound tightly with duct tape. This could be considered animal cruelty. Jc Sy stated in his post that his dog played his charger, headset and power bank’s cable.

As soon as he woke up, he discovered that all of his things are broken and unusable. Because of this, he decided to bind his dog’s mouth with the duct tape. The dog was unable to move and can’t detect whether it is still alive.

The photos of the tape-bound dog enraged the social media community. They put blame to the owner of the dog and called him irresponsible. Some netizens also said that he should be the tape-bound not the dog. This guy might face a case under Republic Act No. 8485- The Animal Welfare Act of 1998, Section 6. Social media community is still waiting for the authorities’ review and final verdict.
