Social media sites are flooded by comments and dislikes from netizens about this video of disgrace. One of the symbols of the Philippines, the flag, is showed used as a floor mop by an allegedly student. How patriotic, right? At one point, yes, it is such a shame for the country's symbol but there might be a reason behind this awful video. Is the reason enough to let the boy free from any charge?
