A Guy Beating His Brother to Death Caught in the Cam!

Discipline is the practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behaviour, using punishment to correct disobedience.

But is hitting somebody too much to make him realize his mistakes is an act of discipline or abusing power over somebody?

A guy caught in the cam beating his brother to death because it was allegedly accused of stealing money for his pleasure in playing DOTA. The guy was holding a long stick striking his brother too hard for the boy to lay down on the floor because of too much pain. The big brother did not contented with just hitting the boy, he broke the hand of the poor boy and kicked him.
