We've seen a lot of scandalous videos that lurks in different social media sites. There are people who started making a scene by doing unusual things, like exploiting scene in some unexpected places.
Not all people who commit things like this are normal, some has mental disorder, which they may think that doing nasty things such as this is ordinary, especially when they noticed that people surrounds them are having fun watching them.
Here’s the video of young man who played his private part outside of Mang Inasal. He knew that he caught the attention of the costumers inside the restaurant but he just refused them and continue on what he's been doing.
