A lot of controversies came out after the Bureau of Customs enraged the Overseas Filipino Workers when they allegedly opened and dismantled the packages that was supposed to be delivered safelu to the family of the OFWs.

Many people from inside and outside of the country have accused the said department for stealing to packages of the OFWs. Now here is a very clear proof on how the employees of Bureau of Customs steals from the Balik-Bayan Boxes.
