The video shows that the packages from outside the country were sold to local small time businesses. According to the sales associate, the balik-bayan boxes costs only within range of 5000 to 6000 pesos depends on it's sizes.
"More than one year na po yan ngayon, nagbibigay po kami ng ultimatum na kung hindi na yan makukuha, Ididispose ho namin yan, paano kami makakarecover?" according to the forwarder company.

But the news team of ABS-CBN contacted the owner of the package and was shocked after receiving the bad news. She was hoping that the company would return it back to her saying that it was her who worked hard for it.
