Who would not notice to someone who's doing a sexy sound while having workout in a gym? Most of the guys around the area will surely be distracted and will be surprised, too, that a gorgeous Ellen Adarna is the one who does it.

A short video has gone viral now on Facebook as she was in her workout session with her trainer. It seemed that the exercise she was about to execute was too hard that she could not control herself, but to create a 'sound of passion'.

According to Men's lifestyle magazine FHM Philippines, Ellen ranked third as the sexiest woman in 2015 which was the highest among previous rankings from 2011 to 2014.
