MUST READ: An Open Letter From A UP Student Addressed To The President Of The Philippines!

We all know that lots of criticisms are being thrown to the presumptive president Rodrigo Duterte, despite of what he has done in one of the highly urbanized city in Mindanao, Davao City. It is one of the safest place in the world.

We cannot deny the fact that some people still have doubts about the capability of the incoming president on how he can govern the Philippines.

In line with this, an open letter from Chad Osorio, a UP student addressed to the presumptive president Rodrigo Duterte.
