Rodrigo Roa Duterte, who also goes by the nicknames Rody or Digong is now taking over the internet after his video became viral on social media, Watch it and see for yourself.

In this video, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte is inside a Helicopter and ready to take off. Then these women came and gave him a bunch of kisses and took a selfie with him before they leave.

This footage was uploaded by Senyora Santibañez, the woman who has a lot of fans in Facebook and Twitter. She was noticed by Mayor Digong and said that she's very gorgeous, but the downer part of the video is when he noticed that she's flat chested.
